"We stayed 11 days as 3 families and liked the green surroundings and the nearby beach. Employees and fun team are friendly. The cons are the daily buffets and beverages which are below average and quite repetitive. My family initially took the family apartment which turned out to have very old furniture, only one AC in one of the rooms and a very old shower with bad curtains so the water ended up on the floor. "was dissatisfied with my at Kelyfors Hotel stay for the following reasons:
Guests are required to dispose of their toilet paper waste in a trash can & not flush it down the toilet. This is uncommon and should disqualify this hotel from its 4-Star standard category. This toilet requirement should be transparent and guests should be aware in advance at time of booking and not informed at check-in. This leaves the guests no recourse to cancel booking if unsatisfied with this unsanitary...
