"I arrived on a Monday but was disappointed to learn the restaurant was shut. Had to drive back into Düren for food. Germany doesn't seem to like Mondays! Hotel is good, if not slightly tired, but very clean and I slept well. My Monday evening disappointment was short lived following a very welcoming and wonderful breakfast. Very nice staff."

"Hotel was zeer mooi versiert in teken van Kerstmis. Correcte en vriendelijk hotelpersoneel. Uitgebreid buffet. Kamers waren groot genoeg en vernieuwd. Enige kleine minpunt was de wellness. Rust rond het zwembad was er niet door te kleine kinderen en geen introductie gekregen over de wellness faciliteiten."
