"The staff was amazing from the very beginning. Sofia helped with transportation arrangements and was so sweet and accommodating. We appreciated the food, the bar and all of the staff. "The best service ever! Very helpful staff and the lobby and pool areas were great to meet with friends we were travelling with. The front desk and manager was amazing! We left a jacket in our room and boarded the boat to Santorini. The hotel packed the jacket and sent it over to Santorini by boat the next day at no charge! Great location as well with a short walk to beach and town. "

"We had a wonderful stay here, would definitely recommend this hotel, so easy to get around all the island , but also enough nearby to not have to go far. Rooms and pool area were lovely, all areas very clean and well maintained, loved our cave like shower. Beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants, mini markets within walking distance. Hotel staff were very friendly and other to help, will definitely back."

"I am very disappointed about my stay at this hotel. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. The cleaners said they smelt the odour but the manager came in to the room and...
