"I enjoyed my stay at Secret Cliff Resort overall. The staff was awesome—very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. There were a couple of issues, though. The swimming pool closed at 7:00 PM, which I thought was too early. We also had a problem with the TV. The staff came to the room four different times trying to fix it and eventually replaced the TV, but unfortunately it still didn’t work. I do appreciate how hard the staff tried to resolve...
