"Five starts do not seem enough for this hotel , the whole staff are truly exceptional and made our stay so special. From breakfast , reception to the cleaning staff, everyone provided a level of customer service that is beyond anything I have ever received in any other hotel. "Renata was the reception staff who welcomed us gave us loads of recommendations for restaurants nearby and was very welcoming! She definitely made our stay so much more enjoyable.
