All accommodations are well fitted with equipment but sometimes equipment malfunctions, for instance, our room tv never worked and could not be fixed, our refrigerator stopped working one day but was quickly fixed. At our arrival they had no notice of reservation and it took some waiting until everything was cleared. The fact that they do not have a real check in facility is a major hassle and, in general, the place...

"Have visited Las Terrenas many times but the Villa in Balcones del Atlantico was simply tje best. The furniture, decoration, and attention given to details make it fabulous. Location was also great, close to the beach yet very private."
