"The front-desk staff staff were very helpful. I had a suitcase delivered prior to my arrival and a rental bicycle picked up after I arrived. They provided a box, scissors, and tape that I needed to properly prepare the bike and accessories for handoff. I was disappointed in the restaurant menu. "Great place. Historic building dating back several hundred years, very tastefully now a Parador. Everything was immaculate, staff were great. Excellent wine @4 euro per glass. Breakfast was amazing. Cava, fruit, breads meats, cheeses, cakes, pastries, cooked options etc etc. Dinner was equally good. Definitely one to come back to."

"Listing on hotels.com a bit misleading. My three kids were craving wifi, which was one of the factors leading to reserving this hotel. However, it's not available in the apartments just by the reception/breakfast area. Also...we did not need AC as it was cool at night while we were there. However, there is no AC in individual units unless the owner turn it on for the whole complex. Not a big issue save for one: no screens on the windows. Had to choose between comfort vs letting a few...
