"Check-in was quick and simple. Clean and spacious room with a good walk-in shower. However, the TV kept losing its signal which was rather annoying.
Breakfast is a hot and cold self-serve buffet. The evening menu has a good variety of choices.
On-site parking is limited and was full by about 16:00 on the two nights we stayed."

"The hotel is an attractive building set in extensive grounds, with an interesting woodland walk. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
However, there were a few areas where the guest experience could be improved. It took us quite a while to find our room because the receptionist did not give us complete directions, and the signage did not direct guests to the second lift. Later on wemet two other guests who were also lost in the same area, and we helped them find...

"A convenience hotel and no more. For us it just happened to be very near a wedding we were attending hence staying there and we paid £185 for a premium room for one night as we like our creature comforts including a decent size bed and mattress for a decent nights sleep.
Sadly it didn't happen in our room 124. The bed was tiny, as the relatively nice staff readily agreed, telegraphing our complaint was one of many, many dissatisfied guests. All unnecessary as the room was easily big enough...

"Great location for a one night stay, clean room and very quiet which was lovely. The aircon was great and I asked for a room away from the room which was supplied.
Troy on reception was amazing great customer services which is very rare.
Would I stay again yes I used it for a nights stay after a great day at Jimmy’s farm. Car park was good and cost £7 for the whole time"

"Great as always… Lovely staff, easy parking and check in. Restaurants within walking area but their restaurant/bar is perfect… 30second walk from the hotel. Quiet and safe as you have to tap the card twice at the front and then room.
I really like this hotel and will be staying many more times over the summer.

"Good location, huge carpark, comfy bed , very quiet rooms, and really good friendly helpful staff. Only downside in the room was the shower which was very weak. Breakfast wasnt great, £14 each for a buffet but the quality wasn't great but it's hard when you're massive catering like that I suppose. Overall a nice comfortable stay and we would use it again."

"Perfect place to unwind and relax. Extremely helpful and attentive staff who made the stay extra special. Food and drinks were incredible. One of the few hotels of that price which is worth every penny. If I had to be picky, only amenity missing was a gym."
