"Was given room 140 the bad point about this room is that the access door to this area is right outside room door and it slams shut when used . other downside is that the local donkey likes to give an alarm call about 05.00.Rooms clean / only used dining in for breakfast and is very good"

"Great wee family hotel. Clean, responsibly priced. Short staffed in bar. Staff ignoring due to same. Food surprising not great in bar and we normally aren’t very picky. Breakfast fine. Pool etc. great but needs modernised. Room grand. Can’t beat Jackson’s for value. Music in bar was great too."

"Staff were all lovely, good food, comfortable room. We travelled with our 1 year old. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier, surprised that other residents or members of public in for dinner seemed to be annoyed when he got a little bit upset towards the end of eating. He was waving and they looked away. Not hotels issue but going to family friendly places is always helpful. "

"Room very small for 4 star furniture in hotel.its self very dusty not enough light in room.only double bed not good breakfast just ok restaurant outside excellent for food and staff amazing love bunbeg but hotel little disappoint ing the rate you gave us was £360 ,but we paid extra told the manager n o entertainment especially Easter I called our room a box room if we paid more would have got better room but to me not 4 star for the money many thanks"
