"The atmosphere was amazing! The only thing that I was surprised by...the slide for the kids wasn't open and it was at the end of May. The Hotel is very conveniently located near some wonderful restaurants and shopping so we stayed very busy and wish we could have stayed longer to try out more things. We spent every morning on the beach and every afternoon at the beautiful pool in a cabana, then a different restaurant every evening...such a wonderful time!"

"My room at this hotel was clean, I did have a few spots on the bed topper and pillow but they bought new ones. The air on the room is great but in the hallway waiting on an elevator and in the elevator was extremely hot. Housekeeping made a lot of noise in the early morning time also."

"Our room was clean upon arrival. However, there were 4 of us, we took it upon ourselves to straighten the sheets every day, but the maids did not straighten what we had done or change the linen the entire time we were there.
