Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. "The property looks amazing but a lot what you see on the images doesn’t come true during a normal stay. I had a superior triple room. We were lucky that we only had a child with because the room was tiny. We complained and all rooms are apparently the same size. I think images are only of exclusive bridal suites. The pool that isn’t square on the images is closed and only for weddings. Other pool is good and lively. That was the key highlight. Wouldn’t go back"

"We were massively impressed; it's a lovely place with a rustic feel, great facilities and areas to retreat and relax. The pool area is very calm. Food is fantastic and makes for a romantic evening meal the way it's decorated and lit up. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful. Staff are friendly and service excellent.
