"Très bon séjour, juste dommage la chambre devait etre disponible a 14h , la chambre n'était pas prête, on nous a demander de revenir a 15h. Nous sommes revenu qu'à 16h nous avons eu les clefs et arrivés devant la chambre le menage n'était pas fini. Mais sinon Très bon hotel , confortable, agréable. Je recommande."

"Sehr gutes Hotel mit hauseigenem Thermalbad. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, lediglich unsere Balkonschiebetür hatte einen defekte Griff. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir es nicht gebucht hatten. Das Thermalbad kann zu einem vergünstigten Tarif als 2 oder 3 Stunden-Option gebucht werden, wobei zu beachten ist, dass man eine „spezielle“ Badehose braucht. "Tres bon accueil, literie tres correct, petit dejeuner copieux et de qualité. La chambre est tres correct avec Nespresso, sucre, asparthame ( apprécié pour les diabetique comme moi). Un petit plus sur l'aspect espace de traivail qui n'est pas du tout adapté avec sa table ronde. La salle de bain est prope et les produit pour se laver paraisde bonne manufacture. Le soucis, comme dans beaucoup d'hotel reside dans le fait d'avoir le wc et la baihnoire dans la même pièce mais aussi le pare douche...

"Hotel contemporain, personnel très souriant, restauration très bine (tant pour le buffet du petit déjeuner que le restaurant). Seule ombre au tableau, une personne errant dans la rue s'est introduite dans la salle du petit-déjeuner et nous a volé un smart phone. Nous nous en sommes aperçu immédiatement. Nous avons eu le présence d'esprit d'aller autour de la gare et avons retrouvé cette personne et pu récupérer le téléphone. "

"A brilliant breakfast selection, great location, lovely bedrooms and friendly staff. No parking on the premises. We were allowed to park for free in the main road, after 6pm. There is a parking garage nearby too. "

"Alles war wie erwartet und bei der Buchung beschrieben. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und den Preis wert. Aber ein einziger Kaffeeautomat, auch wenn qualitativ herausragend, ist für +70 zeitgleich Frühstückende zu wenig. Dann für eine Tasse Kaffee bis zu 12 Minuten und länger in Schlange anzustehen , wenn das Gerät vom Personal zu prüfen war, ist definitiv zu lang und trübt den Gesamteindruck. Unbedingt 2. Maschine aufstellen."

"The Novotel in Metz was one of the more expensive hotels we have stayed in on our European tour. It is not as classy as we had expected and the decor in the room was dated especially the textured white walls. The plugs in both the sink and shower did not drain well and smelt. The bed was comfortable and pillows fluffy. There is an outside pool but it is very busy with children and not very big. The price of the hotel was not reflected in the stay. The underground parking is shared and smells...

"Love this hotel!"

"This hotel was a fantastic experience! We stayed in a themed room that had all of the amenities you’d need. The grounds were well kept and peaceful and we had plenty to do including a tennis court, a spa, walking trails, oversized chess and checkers, and boats. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend it!"
