"With a 16 month old we opted for a the larger disabled room. The room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and clean too. Comfortable beds. Staff were extremely friendly, very attractive to our son. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of cooked and continental foods. The pancakes were especially lovely. Parking on site. It's a 10/10 from us "

"It is a clean and tidy hotel perfectly located. It is a bit dated and in need of some TLC. When I am back in Spalding on business, i will more than likely stay here again simply for its great location. "
