The spa was not open, room service was painfully slow, the toiletries very average, and the bed was not a double bed, just two single beds joined together which was very uncomfortable. "The hotel itself is clean and really looks nice. Staff was tough communication-wise. (Restaurant couldn't put things on our room, for example.) Rooms are nice and big. Pool had no water in it. Wifi access was constantly a problem. It looks nicer than it really was in terms of stay."
