"NEVER STAY IN THIS HELL HOLE. even the welcome mat had a 3 foot hole in it lol
the room was old, ripped wall paper, many things was broken, the furniture was old and broken.
most and I think illegal, due to fire regulations was the windows was restricted to opening 3 inches, with blocks and screws, we would have had no fire escape if the fire was on our 2nd floor landing, We had no sleep in the two nights stay as it was over 40 degrees in the room with no air

"Still the best place to stay in Poole. Shower was awesome, enough room to get a rugby union team in!!! Great location near the restaurants on the Quay and a ten minute walk from the train station. Deluxe Room was very spacious and had an iron bath in the corner!! However, mattress was too soft and the pillows too 'fluffy'. Just a personal note, but we needed hard mattresses and 'dull' pillows. Breakfast is over-priced (plenty of coffee shops/delicatessens in Poole), but if you need to eat one,...

"Our rooms were lovely, both en suite. Staff were most helpful and breakfast and meals were amazing! A brilliant place to stay also if travelling by train!"

"Well located with free parking so didn't need to use the car at all during our stay.
Everything we wanted to do and see was within walking distance.
The place needs refurbishment throughout the stairways and in particular, the bathroom of room 10"

"It was truly magical place, starting with location ending with breakfast, which was super duper tasty..
Room was clean, bedding clean, bed comfortable.
Staff very helpful and polite. We had no CV with us, for the interview.. Girl did help us out, did print one, massive thank u to her, still owning a chocolate for that 🙈
The atmosphere was very nice, place with positive only vibes.. Place to comeback for sure.. 😊"
