"Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme en diferentes hoteles de sayulita y sin duda sayulinda fue el mejor :) por su atención y las instalaciones siempre ordenadas y limpias a demás de que a comparación de otras calles el lugar en el que se encuentra por la noche se puede dormir sin escuchar tanto alboroto afuera "

"Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very cool. A four, but should be a five."

"This was my third stay in Sayulita and defines wort. To start off, there was no one at the reception during our whole stay. The room was really nice however, one of the AC units in the main room smelled bad and there was mold around the unit. There was a water shut off and we had difficulties showering and after that day due to what we later found were clogged shower heads. Even though we put in a maintenance request due to having trickling water issue was only fixed when we an ourselves removed...

Propiedad no tanto.. al hacer el check in me dijeron que debía de pagar y les comenté que Expedia ya me había cobrado y tuve que enseñar mi cuenta de banco, le tomaron fotos y aún así no nos permitieron hacer el check in .. la cosa es que la ocasión anterior pasó lo mismo.. no se si sea el sistema de ellos o de Expedia.. decidí no pagar otra vez hasta que se comunicaran con Expedía.. me fui a comer a un restaurante y al final me mandaron un mensaje diciendo que ya...

"El Refugio was a beautiful spot but most important, the people were so welcoming and attended to me like friends. In fact, they became my friends over a short period of time and for my first ever time in Mexico plus my first ever solo trip, they made this whole experience so much better.
I will definitely miss them until next time ;)"
