"Firstly got into my room and looked nothing like pictures. Small barred window and next to no space. I told them and they moved me to a more spacious room to their credit but cleanliness was an issue at both. Covers had what looked like blood on them, ants everywhere and no toilet paper or bidet in either rooms. I also don’t understand why they don’t include air conditioning in room price as they ask an extra 700INR per day, i know it says online but this is first place I’d been to that charged...

"This is a new hotel that has just opened and still work in process. One day the hot water was not there and the next day no cold water. The T.V requires an engineering degree to operate. They charged me for breakfast although I showed the reservation which included breakfast. The employees were friendly and wanted to help If you have other choices wait until they get their act together."

"The hotel (Grapevine) per se is excellent with good staff. Since its a bit far away from places of worship, it is imperative that good rates are negotiated with local travel agents (1800 + taxes for 8 hr/80 km) is too high.Also an ATM within/closer to hotel premise would be great help. Also, request local municipal corporation to install more lights on roads. the Hotel as i said is excellent and no complains really on that front."
