"A classic and elegant property. This hotel defines professional service with a personal touch. The entire team ensures you feel cared for, making for a stay that is as warm as it is efficient. It’s a rare find. I have stayed at more expensive, 'luxury' properties that didn't leave half the impression this hotel did. Also, adding breakfast during your stay is highly recommended. "Nice breakfast with gluten free options. Unfortunately, the check in was terrible. Guy at the reception was unpleasant and ignorant. Despite my querries the day before our arrival, nobody from the hotel ever replied.
Let alone told us there is no transfer after 10pm and that due to restricted parking one has to walk the bags about a kilometre from the car to the hotel. Not fun when it is late. One is tired and let alone has forgotten something in the car..
