"Love stay as usual. Want happy about the bar area. One of the female members of staff was very rude to my wife we she wasn’t with me. The night ended it tears. It was completely uncalled for. Toilet in the room had mild around the rim made me feel a bit sick while in the bath trying to relax. Nice cub. Let down by the staff at the bar as and we’re only in there for 5 minutes getting a jug of water and ice as the room was rather warm"

"We enjoyed our family stay. We had room 211 - spacious and perfect for a family stay. Even though this is the car park side of the hotel, it is very quiet. The on-site mini golf, driving range are both all family friendly and easy to use - we didn’t need to pre-book during our stay. The pool is a good size and you can use the hotel towels for swimming. Top Tip for families! Check in advance the pool times for family swims to avoid disappointment if your arrival time is outside of these...

"Delightful young lady on reception in the afternoon Made us welcome. Explained how to find lift, and where to find the restaurant. Booked us a taxi for our evening out. She was still on duty when we returned that night, and at breakfast next day. Still friendly and cheerful. Friendly staff on duty in the restaurant at breakfast. "

"Perfect venue for my needs. Was very busy .. they had a couple of weddings there the day I stayed I think, so was a bit noisy until beyond midnight, but room was comfort had everything I needed. The place is a bit of a warren but that’s more about its age and character. Great breakfast."

"The accommodation in the annex was a little way away from town, but walkable. We arrived a bit early, trying to avoid the rain on bicycles - but staff were understanding and prioritised getting our room ready. Felt uncomfortable arriving by bike, as no options for storing the bikes were provided, and perhaps this might be considered as the location is on the Rebellion Way, which many touring cyclists are doing."
