"I've stayed here twice now and will continue to each time I'm in Tokyo. It's extremely convenient for departures and it's always a lovely stay. Great for families, comfortable beds, safety, and several amenities."

"This was not my first stay at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku, and while the hotel itself has not changed too much over the years, I'm sad to say the area around the hotel has changed a bit for the worse. Influencers and vloggers have repeatedly mentioned this hotel to the extent that the area around it is now really overrun with tourists, and the sort of seediness that goes along with too many tourists. "Rooms are small but functional. Twin beds are hard but comfortable but only one pillow per bed. Amenities include refrigerator, safe, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer, pajamas. Water pressure in shower is awesome and the aircon is ice cold! There are no USB ports but there are plugs next to each bed. Check-in process is automated but there is a person to help. Hotel entrance is on departures level of Terminal 3. "
