"Indian restaurant food is tasteless due to overspicing, and premises are run-down and dingy. Staff is scruffy and check-in is slow. Bar is a dark squalid place where some local men consume alcohol while apparently awaiting female professionals hired for fun. Corridors have room service meals at the doors of rooms with food leftovers there for hours, attracting flies. Breakfast is basic and mediocre, and fruits are not fresh. Corridors are hot and run-down. This hotel has evidently seen better...

"Even though the staff was friendly they were pretty inefficient and rather clueless when we asked for advice or service. The phones from the tents didn’t work so we had to walk to reception every time we needed something. The activities for kids were restricted. The biggest disappointment is the noise, one thinks this is a haven in the desert but lots of huge 4x4 come as early as sunrise for dune bashing, not to mention all the quads.... the website is and pictures tell a story of peace and...

"should grade this hotel as 1 star for everall.... Pls do not expect comfort in the room or in the premises. And do not expect good service from the front desk including the boss which he claim he is. Terrible experience, cancelled my room even no refund, the so called Boss said can refund at the first place, after 5min, he said no refund. Not worth value, consider other hotel Please. "
