Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. Leider ließen die Sauberkeit, der Zustand und die Ausstattung doch sehr zu wünschen übrig und hatten nicht viel mit den schönen Fotos in der online-Darstellung zu tun. Die gebuchte Nichtraucherwohnung stank furchtbar nach Zigarettenrauch, dafür erhielten wir eine Entschuldigung und uns wurde unkompliziert ein anderes Appartment gegeben, in dem die Luft auch nicht gut aber zumindest etwas besser war.
