Beautiful hotel if your aim is to just flip flop around, lounge by the pool and soak up the sun and smell the surrounding pine trees. Think little lizards, pine cones and pina coladas. We had an upstairs room which had the most beautiful view. All the rooms face out onto the sea, and you get a beautiful light over the water in the evening. The balcony’s are mostly shaded too which is a good thing, it helps to keep the rooms cool. You can hire bikes (€14 / half day) and cycle across the island...

Excellent modern hotel in next to the beautiful seaside town of Pornic. Hotel has free secure parking, Excellent reception services and a nice, but small, indoor pool. Clean.smart rooms with WC seperate to the bath and basin. Location is just outside the town surrounded by flats and a casino but just a 7-10 minute walk along a pretty canal to the small port/ waterfront.

A lovely hotel. Despite the low number of guests the hotel still had a great atmosphere. The two-bedroom ‘suite’ was really just two rooms with a shared outer door but very comfortable, great layout and nicely designed, beds amazingly comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent, beautiful bar in the lobby atrium. The staff were clearly very well trained on the ethos of the hotel and were superbly efficient but also very friendly. Hugely recommended if you’re visiting La Baule.

Gorgeous view and most comfortable bed! Lovely bedding, nice terrace, very helpful/friendly staff ! Only issue, was a tile on balcony not fixed that was only outside the door “coulissamte”. If I was to come back to La Baule would definitely stay here again. Also, very nice breakfast! Lots of options and delicious!

Clean, spacious, air conditioned. Comfortable

Lovely room very clean with large balcony, mini fridge in room, only downside was air con setting could not be changed, it was preset at 24deg which was ok but I tend to prefer a cooler room.

Pros: Quirky old building with lots of fun features. Lovely garden and bar area. Large comfortable bed, and very close to beach and restaurant areas. Cons: no air con and the street noise is quite loud with the windows open. No kettle but they gave hot water in a tea pot when I asked for it.

The family room with kitchenette was perfect for our stay. Two separate beds for the children and comfy bed for parents, up the stairs. We loved the separate toilet and bathroom (ideal with teens). The room had great air conditioning, good sized fridge and the ability to cook small meals. The hotel had a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed using the pool and the sauna too. Breakfast was a great selection. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. It was simple and quick to drive to the...

Magnificent stay! Wonderful hosts. Beautiful property exceptionally well-maintained. We loved our stay and we will return. Highly recommended

Excellent service, lovely ambiance, particularly comfortable bed. The restaurant was really good and accommodated dietary requirements when asked. The garden and swimming pool were a delight.

We spend a lot of time iN the La Baule area but have walked generally from there and ended up towards Le Pouliguen beach and port where this property is situated. The area is much more rural meets beach and spacious quite residential area but within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants at the port.Lovely market central and great ambiance in the bars and cafes Bus service along the coast but easy 2.5 k walk if your a walker along well lit streets and local quiet area.Proffesional...
