My only gripe was that I parked next to my room but there was no access to bring my bags to the room and it meant climbing back up the stairs, walking the length of the building to the exit, the length of the building again to my car, collect my bags and walk the length of the building to the entrance and then the length of the building to my room - other than that it was superb!!!"

"I wasn’t able to check-in with them after waiting for an hour for someone to show up at the front desk. The property is supposed to be a 24-hour front desk. Not only was our experience awful and stressful, and we had to find a new hotel in the middle of nowhere and in the middle of the night (the nearest hotel was an hour away), but our experience with hotels.com and the support staff was even worse and completely unprofessional. Very disappointed with hotels.com "

We had dinner 3 nights and each were exceptional! Breakfast (included with our stay) was delicious and started our day off right. Would recommend a stay and/or dinner to anyone looking for a ski in/out hyatta. "
