"Excellent location. The hotel is newer, elegant and very comfortable. The breakfast is good, with a great variety but they can improve it a little with bacon, toppings for the granola bar, cucas. The pool was a little dirty the day we went to see it. The bed is comfortable, great pillows and sheets. The shower has good pressure. Overall it was really good. I would stay there again. "

Had a little confusion about dropping car off at first return after check in (mainly language barrier) No one we contacted was fluent in English, causing some minor communication difficulties."

"Very basic rooms and unwelcoming reception staff: Swan tower Novo Hamburgo is said to be a 4 star hotel from the outside and in the lobby but it lacks the very basic room amenities such as a bathrobe, a pair of disposable slippers, an iron and a simple coffee jug- no 4am coffee lol unless you called over the phone (paid extra) and that would probably be a bother understandably. Bar looked amazing but it was a real struggle to get anyone to help. Always empty and unattended. Rooms were VERY basic...

"A premium location and property in the heart of a beautiful city. Although there were renovations happening, and this included some construction noise and mess, it was easy to overlook the inconvenience. "

"Excellent hotel and excellent service. Very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was incredible, and they bring you little treats and tea every night to your room. Staff was very accommodating. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! We didn’t want to leave."

"This will be my first review. After having stayed at the Pulitzer in Amsterdam, and 5 star hotels in Paris, I always aim to get the same experience while traveling Brasil. This hotel is cute, service is by far the best i have ever had anywhere in the world, it feels like you have the whole hotel to your self. Pool area, spa and Gym is fully loaded and amazing, you can reserve these amenities to your self. We did not want to leave, the staff is like family and always there to take care of you....

"I was 100% satisfied with my stay at this hotel and the service was above and beyond to give me a good experience! The room was spacious, the shower was nice, and I am so glad there was a heater in the room! Bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, and the location is great. The service however was the best and there was water in the lobby which came in handy. 10/10!"
