"The room was extremely hot. The AC only works when outside temperatures raise above 26 degrees, but since the afternoon sun hits a side of the hotel, not even leaving the windows wide open would help to cool down the rooms on that side."

"The hotel was clean and had everything you could want, we paid a little extra for a premium room and breakfast and both were well worth the extra, especially the breakfast which was a great start to the day. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the entire stay was very easy. The location of the hotel was excellent for sightseeing in Vienna as most major sites could be reached on foot."

Items in kitchen area were in very high cupboards that an average woman of 5’ 2” could not reach. A couple of coat hooks in long cupboard by door would have been of benefit. But overall very good. "
