"Dining arrangements were ordinary. There was a restaurant at the rear that was only availabile for guests that had pre-bought all their dining. This was often near empty, while the main dining hall was chaotic. Additionally one lift wa only available for people on floor 16, while the other two lifts often provide a slow service."
