O quarto ficava entre portas dos quartos vizinhos, então era possível ouvir as pessoas até tossindo. O chuveiro é bom, mas vasa água para o quarto. A parte de chuveiro e vaso sanitário são de parede/porta de vidro fosco, então é desconfortável usar o vaso sanitário com alguém no quarto. "Ar condicionado não estava funcionando e o atendente só foi me informar desta alteração somente após o pagamento das diárias no chek-in. Após isso pra cancelar pagava uma taxa de 100%. Café ruim e garrafas sujas. Quarto com cheiro de mofo,chuveiro velho sem água quente, banheira velha sem condições mínima de uso,dos 3 elevadores apenas 1 funciona. Já foi hotel um dia,num local excelente,agora está tudo muito velho e mau cuidado. "

"Adorei a estadia. Quarto amplo e limpo, equipe muito bem preparada, com destaque às recepcionistas e à funcionária que faz as tapiocas no café da manhã, que, por sinal, é incrível em sua totalidade. A localização também é excelente. Destaco que o hotel esta em reforma, então não pudemos aproveitar a piscina, mas as obras não interferiram negativamente. "
