"Uns hat es hier rundum gut gefallen. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber und wie erwartet eingerichtet, die Betten bequem, der Pool und die Liegefläche topp und auch die Umgebung des Hotels sehr schön. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen."

"Fabulous hotel in old town, great location within easy walking to restaurants and shops, lovely rooms, firm and very comfortable beds, amazing breakfast with all the usual choices at a European hotel plus a menu offering made-to-order omelets, scrambled and fried eggs with choice of meat. One of the best breakfasts ever! The best part was their staff....so friendly, helpful, amazing people. I cannot say enough about this stellar hotel. Stay here!"

"I was incredibly disappointed with my stay here and feel very misled by the information on Expedia. This is advertised as a resort-style hotel off the beaten path. And it kind of is, but nothing is open. I spent five nights and the Burger bar was never open, the coffee shop was never open. All these shops along the main walkway were closed. The restaurant opened at mysterious times. The information on Expedia says there's a buffet style restaurant. There isn't. It says the pool restaurant Oliva...

"Uns wurden Einzelbetten zugewiesen, obwohl in der Beschreibung angegeben war, dass das Zimmer auch mit einem Queen-Size-Bett buchbar ist. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde leider wenig hilfreich reagiert. Die Unterkunft wirkte insgesamt eher wie eine Gemeinschaftswohnung als wie ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Als Lösung wurde uns sogar ein Zimmer im Keller angeboten, nur damit wir ein Queen-Size-Bett bekommen.
Besonders enttäuschend war das unfreundliche Personal. Nach dem Frühstücksende um 10:30 Uhr war es...

"Wenn viele Fußballgruppen eingebucht sind, ist es in der Nacht sehr laut. Das Personal kommt mit dem Reinigen fast nicht hinterher.
Ansonsten ein schönes Hotel mit guter Lage. Essen ist hervorragend!"
