"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. "Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in unserem Appartment. Der Service vor Ort war sehr gut. Vor allem der tägliche Brötchenservice hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Anlage, der Pool und das Appartment waren immer sauber und gepflegt. Am Besten hat uns der Blick in die Berge vom Balkon aus gefallen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wieder kommen."
