"The hotel was very nice - shame about the car parking, no idea why we had to leave out car keys behind the reception desk, it wasn't although they had completed valet parking, we were also told that we could leave out car in the car park till 1pm when we checked out but after only 1 hour they changed there mind and stated it needed to be moved straight away, frustrated and disappointed.!
