"Esperienza positiva anche se breve. Hotel e personale accoglienti. Servizio puntuale e posizione perfetta anche per chi raggiunge Ferrara in macchina visto che il parcheggio si trova a poche centinaia di metri. "

"Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn es ein Anliegen unsererseits gab, wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass die Toilette ziemlich hoch war und es ein bisschen schwierig war die Balance zu halten (Rollstuhlfahrerin). Ansonsten war alles top!!"
