All I can say is that we’re very proud and happy to stay here for the rest of our holiday one week here in Krakow in this good hotel 🥰all the services will come to us in a very special place and unforgettable experience ❤️🙏❤️Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity to be with you all the staff especially your amazing team and the breakfast is always great🥰

Fantastic hotel. Located next to massive park and only 30 mins by walk to old town. The staff couldnt be any more helpful, everybody was superb. Spatious room and comfortable beds. Perfect for weekend break or longer stay.

I thought we might be a little out of town but as the tram is right outside the building this didn't matter one bit. The staff were warm and welcoming, rooms were spotless and well appointed and the restuarant was lovely also.

Fantastic property. Very swish and modern. Excellent value for money when we stayed. Amazing food in the restaurant!

We were a party of four and had two superior rooms on the tenth floor that gave great views over Krakow and beyond to the country side. The rooms were very clean and in good decorative order. There was a mini bar with usual hotel mark up on products within, tea/coffee facilities, a safe, telephone, flat screen TV (only one English speaking channel), good storage for clothing and bags etc, a generous sized and very comfortable bed with extra covers and pillows available. The bathroom's had hair...

Very nice place. Clean and cosy rooms. I have to admit the restaurant is fantastic - there's a pretty small menu, but that's a plus! Every dish I tried was delicious - desert including.

The hotel exceeded all expectations :-) The Staff were very polite and accomodating, and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very cleanly. The room was spacious and hygenic. :-) The breakfast was delicious and to a high standard. Other 4-5star hotels should take note from this hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay in this beautiful hotel with amazing helpful Staff. The highest recommendation for this hotel.

Nice Hotel, close enough to Krakow centre and excellent Transport facilities. Only one and half hours to the mountains. Will use it again.

This was a one night, spent here after a 4h trip from Warsaw, for local sightseeing, before a 4h trip of return back to Warsaw. And it was a good relaxing spot. But this hotel is good as a out of town villa where to get based for tours of the region. Is close to several sightseeing spots and I would recommend it for that purpose. Its atmosphere is really pleasant; it is like the counry villa everyone would like to have. There was a wedding on the permises during our stay but it didn't affect...

We booked a 4-night stay in October to stay in July in an Executive Room on the top floor, with free breakfast and access to the Executive lounge. It was an absolute bargain and a really good choice, as we were able to eat/drink when we wanted which was all included, as well as use the gym and pool - both being excellent sizes. We found the staff really helpful and approachable. The tram link was quick and efficient, we were able to buy tickets at the hotel and get directions. All in all a...

Lovely hotel sited within a 10 min walk from the main centre, excellent welcome and a fabulous buffet breakfast catering for everyone's tastes, could not fault the cleanliness of the hotel and attention from all the staff. Comfortable room with plenty of storage and good size bathroom. The swimming pool was a welcome extra on the not so good weather days. A very quiet location ,with lovely well kept gardens. Perfectly sited for a visit to the salt mines or to jump on the train and be in Krakow...

Przepiękne miejsce na wspaniały wypoczynek, relaks dobre jedzenie. Wszyscy pracownicy są bardzo mili. Spa jest wspaniałym dodatkiem do odpoczynku na koniec dnia. Polecam to miejsce.

Was in the middle of the old town and the centre being a 15 minute walk it really was not that bad located, the property it self is absolutely stunning!

Located between Krakow Old Town and Jewish Quarter, this was perfect walking distance to everywhere. Suite was massive, Spotlessly clean with mini fridge in the room too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends It was perfect. Breakfast each morning from 7am was also magnificent and set us all up for the day ahead. FIVE STARS *****

Only gave a 3 for amenities because we weren't in the hotel much. The staff were fantastic though, always willing to help and very friendly. Room and hotel are clean and the rooms are quite nice. I'd stay here again.

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
