"Mostly lovely, just a few odd areas for improvement - having smoking stations right by the spa doors and hotel side entrance, and outdoor pool isn’t something that brings joy! The outdoor bar closing at 6pm in mid summer is just silly, forcing guests and staff to use the cellar bar seems another strange decision. "The hotel was spacious and great for the price. There is not much around the hotel, although there are a few good restaurant options. Also, the tram, which is free, is just outside the hotel and takes you into the old part of the town. "
