Very clean and excellent hotel. If you are into cars, you'll be well catered for. The breakfast was amazing and staff were very friendly and polite.

Nice location which allows you to walk into the centre of Dusseldorf via the river promenade. Well located within the Mediahafen which has plenty of restaurants and bars to keep you busy. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Car parking also available under the hotel.

Second visit to this hotel, it’s been refurbished the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, great stop off point for travelling back to the UK. Only small gripe is why shower curtains, hate them 😀. Super comfortable beds.

Hotel is just a few minutes away from the train station. Friendly staffs. Breakfast is really good. They have different options to choose from. Room is clean. Family friendly hotel.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Excellent hotel with good transport links nearby.

We stayed here for the Christmas markets. It is centrally located and was within easy reach of everything we wanted to do

Very good hotel l will recommend

My wife and I stayed at this hotel during one of Germany,s hottest spells and it was an oasis, everything that a guest needed was there for you, the staff where excellent from front of desk to the room servicing, nothing was too much bother for them, the superb breakfast can be eaten in the open air and even though I didn't use the bar It was always well attended by other guests, my wife used the pool twice a day there and though not large compared with other hotels we have stayed in my wife said...

Lovely staff and very clean and comfortable room

Quiet hotel close to main transit routes (2 min walk). Loved the old fashioned decor. Staff could not do enough to help with anything requested. Buffet continental breakfast very good.

I have to say all staffs are helpful!

Beautiful hotel was in a great area for us very central. Hotel was lovely and clean and very comfi

The check in staff member was amazing, friendly and very helpful during our stay. Hotel was clean, 10 mins to old town and 10 mins to main station. Would definitely recommend it. Clean rooms, comfy bed and great shower. Only negative was the lack of a fridge

A very dependable option - I stay here every time I visit Cologne. 15min walk from the main train station. Safe and quiet area, close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Rooms clean and spacious, comfortable beds, fantastic shower, a selection of free drinks in the mini bar.
