"Front desk was very friendly and spoke extremely good English when we checked into the hotel. Location was perfect for our 6:30 am flight - which mean we had to be at at airport at 4:30 am. Airport shuttle started operations at 4:00 a.m. so they could take us the 5 minute drive without the high cost of a taxi or ride-share service."

"Nice, clean hotel with a couple of good restaurants nearby. Difficulty with the heating and cooling of the room; had to leave the window open to cool it - could not control the temperature. It was winter time so AC was not required it was a matter of less heating. I lost our room key and, according to the hotel rules, it is a 30 Euro charge for a new, plastic room key. This is not noted when booking the hotel but is a policy on a sheet of paper at check-in. 30 Euros for a plastic card is ridiculous. No other hotel anywhere charges for a replacement card. Fortunately, the hotel agreed to waive the charge but it should never have been an issue. "
