They always worked so hard in every way possible to be sure that our stay was enjoyable!! "Hotels.com booked me into a hotel that was closed for the winter! I arrived in the evening after a long journey to find everything closed but for the help of the caretaker I would have been stranded and seriously at risk. I had to find another hotel in Les Eyzies and pay 70 euros for a taxi to get there. "
