Raleigh Rooms
10/10 Excellent
"The Raleigh rooms have exceeded our expectations. The place is clean, beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed for comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped (we stayed in Little Oven), with full size stove, fridge, and brand new set of rock cookware. Bbq is also available on the front porch. We were looking at the gorgeous bay and golden sunset while having our dinner. Bed is super comfy and we had beautiful hand made quilts, and fairytale bed runner with puffins, fishermen, seagulls, moose! The bathroom is like mini spa, super spacious, spotless, and with walk-in shower. The owner was very kind and helpful and have left detailed handwritten message since we have arrived fairly late. She is also the owner of the art shop with carvings. Beautiful to see and buy since many are very reasonable priced. We have especially appreciated that we could bring our dog along. Raleigh is small village, very charming, and nice to walk-tru. Raleigh rooms are conveniently located and close to L’Ans aux meadows, Burnt cape, St. Lunaire-Griquet, St. Anthony.. If visiting north Newfoundland (and everyone should at least once), there is no better place to stay!"
