"We had such a great time at Felicin! The people were all so nice! Our room had a balcony as well as a sitting area off of the bedroom. It was so quiet and peaceful! We also enjoyed the pool! The walk to breakfast was quite a workout, but definitely worth it!! "

It is very much a family hotel with the gentle Nonna always about to help if she can. But to the main reason this hotel was chosen was because of Carlo's wonderful cooking. We had more than 30 degrees in the night which made it impossible to sleep for the whole family for three nights. They moved us to another room which didn’t work either, the same happened to other guests, and it was a known issue for the staff. Again: the staff was very friendly, did everything they could, but apparently the owner isn’t...

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The hotel was completely deserted since the owner and everyone else at the hotel had left 3 weeks prior to our arrival. That didn’t stop them from processing my payment. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Zero stars to this hotel and the service I have received from Hotels.com. "La struttura in se è molto bella, anche se avrebbe bisogno di qualche attenzione in più. All'arrivo ci si trova in un grande parcheggio abbastanza spoglio. La fontana centrale non è funzionante. La hall e la sala pranzo si presentano bene.
