"Space was definitely not cleaned properly, there was a sock from a previous guest on the floor and hair on the pillows. Location of property is good, water front and lots of options for dining. Communication with the host was okay.. no sheets on the pull out couch even though they knew we had kids and needed the extra bed, but host brought some in a timely manner. Overall, not impressed and would not recommend. Definitely overpriced for what you get. "
