"Rooms were very hot and I mean terribly hot, no real balcony, just closed ones but you can open a window at the balcony, restaurant closed so no service, we arrived at 18:00, spa closed, we checked in and left 30 minutes later. Lost my money, got a lesson in reading the reviews better, the name tricked us, wellness and spa, 4 stars🤣. We had two rooms☹️"

While it's gorgeous, and someone named Claudia was really helpful and good at communication leading up to the stay, and I really loved the owner Antonio, I had an unfortunate experience. My clothes were stuck in their washer sopping wet at nearly 9pm, and I was to leave the next morning. They needed to lay out to dry overnight. "Gorgeous, historic hotel, room was spacious with very high ceilings. Breakfast was delicious too. It was a little loud outside at night but obviously nothing the hotel can do about that and it wasn't really a problem for me. Great location, kind and helpful staff. I'd happily stay here again, for the price I paid it was very worth it."
