"The lack of parking, & "expensive" valet only option is not what I preferred traveling for work. The staff worked with me on this which I appreciated after a very long day. The location is fantastic. Very good food options driveable within minutes. SMU campus across the street...also very handy. I highly recommend the breakfast from the on site restaurant. Loved that! If work brings me back here Ill definitely consider staying again! Thank you. "

I called the property directly to run through a list of questions and spoke to Naomi who was so thoughtful and friendly with her responses so I was able to book the room in confidence. "Nice place. They lost my dry cleaning, so l purchased more clothes. I arrived Tues, gave them clothes on Wedns.They said i'd get them back Thurs. I spoke with them about this a few times. I left Sunday morn without my clothes. What am l to think about this ? Did they just throw my clothes in a corner and forget them? "

"There was some construction and idiot drivers making noise that couldn’t be helped. I would stay at the Canopy every time I travel to Dallas. The atmosphere is wonderful, bright, clean and cheerful. Staff are efficient, professional but remain kind and helpful. Service was outstanding, going above and beyond. Requests were answered swiftly and accommodated our every need."

"We went for a little two day getaway. Loved everything about it ! Room 10/10..the city view was awesome Food 10/10..we paid for breakfast,everything was delicious.. they also had so many other options of food for throughout the day Bar 10/10…good drinks and food Pool was nice and heated with city views ! Although we didnt get to use it 😞 The only downside was parking bc you have to pay, but its downtown so its expected. Overall it was very nice and had everything we wanted ! "
