"Great location and neat hotel. Undergoing renovation of the lobby area which had things messed up. Room was great with a great view but needed some repairs. For example, in the bathroom: needed new gasket on shower (water leaked), two of the towel racks were coming loose from the wall. Hot water was out one night but quickly fixed. Just too nice a property not to be maintained."

"The hotel was very dirty, there was several hairs in the bathroom, floor and tub. The restroom urinal in the lobby was overflowing and there were spilled drinks in the elevator, The whole place felt neglected, very poor for a Hilton and the price point"

"The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, and I did not catch his name but the guy working the front desk on my morning of arrival was able to get me an early check in which was amazing considering I had been traveling since 3 in the morning. The bed is very comfortable and my only complaint would be I wish the room had a fridge, but overall a 10/10 experience. "

"Room was clean. The description stated that the unit would contain an oven, which it did not. It only had a countertop stove plate. Also, very limited electrical outlets working in the bedrooms. It was an accessible room so this is a significant issue. Missing 2/3 TV remotes. However, overall a good experience and met our needs for the weekend. "

"Unfortunately, my stay here was not the best. I’ve stayed at other Sonesta’s and this property just did not measure up with the others. Let me begin by saying the check in process was smooth and staff were nice. Some things were not in their control — the hotel was flooded with people for the college basketball games. That’s all well and it did not bother me. However, the groups that were there basically took over all the restaurants, lobby, and personal space like they were the only guests. I had to repeatedly ask another guest who was on the phone talking loudly to kindly step away from my personal space twice — any closer he would’ve been on my lap. Along with few others who just had too much to drink. Extremely loud atmosphere. Had I known that the groups would be staying here, I’d pick a different property - my fault for not doing more research on the most popular week of March. Second, because of these large groups, it took several minutes and passed elevators for me to get to my 23rd floor. Everyone trying to jam in and then once I finally got an elevator, there was a stop at almost every floor. Needless to say, we were squished like sardines in the elevator and it took much longer to get up to your room than usual. Once I checked into my room, the floor felt sandy, there was hair in the bathroom sink, and the shelves had a ton of dust. Overall just felt like it had not been cleaned well. Not typical for Sonesta. Very disappointed. "
