"What I liked: I really enjoyed the location and the renovation of the property—it felt modern and comfortable. The staff were amazing, especially Artem and Mohamed at reception, who were very understanding and helpful. Mousa from room service was also excellent and very courteous. What I didn’t like: The airport car service was not punctual, so I had to follow up. One receptionist was rude and gave me attitude when I asked about the car.
