"The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping to the spa (which we didn’t even use but still the interactions we had were so pleasant). As well the grounds are so beautiful and well maintained. It felt like walking into a hallmark movie in the best possible way. So appreciative for the amazing experience and we hope to make this a yearly tradition. Thanks!"

"Great view, nice view rooms, good food and very noice wait staff. . Hall carpet was shabby in places and elevator had tape on the floors and needs and upgrade. Sooke harbor is beautiful."
