"Wow this hotel went down hill lately. Everything is outdated, room was dirty, hair on floor and bed :/ during our 4 night stay, not even once we received cleaning service, or fresh towels or toilet paper. Even found hair in the coffee station.
Furniture, even toilet was yellow. I typically love staying at Radissons all over the world but this location was more of a motel feel for me . "

"Wir hatten eines der Apartments im Dachgeschoss mit Balkon. Der Ausblick und die Lage waren wirklich toll. Sauber war es auch, jedoch roch es im Badezimmer den ganzen Aufenthalt über sehr stark nach Abfluss. Die Küche war sehr spärlich ausgestattet, aber es reichte um sich Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten.
Ansonsten waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen."

"We came to Szczecin for a weekend break and Xmas Market. We arrived in the evening but unfortunately there isn’t a restaurant at the hotel for the last three years. This meant we had to try and find somewhere to eat after a long day. Luckily within ten minutes walk there were a few good options for dining. The hotel is very clean and the staff are great. The bar area is small with a few sofas. The bedroom was large and well equipped with mini bar and kettle.
