"Bei unserem Aufenthalt war das Hotel nicht überlaufen und es gab stets genug kostenlose Parkplätze. Weiterhin war das Buffet zum Frühstück lecker, abwechslungsreich und vollkommen ausreichend. Die Zimmer und der Spa Bereich waren stets sauber. Der Sauna Bereich war nicht allzu groß, jedoch für eine kurze Erholung ebenfalls vollkommen ausreichend. "Very nice place, great lodges, friendly staff, well equipped for children and a great location for seing harzen. But it is expensive. They will charge you 2.5 euro per person per day as an extra energi tax, which is not a part of the pricing on expedia. And a 'kur' tax, whatever that is. Childrens bed and baby chairs are also not included in the price (which I would expect from a 4 star, family friendly establishment). "Die Lage des Hotels ist super, das männliche Personal und die Azubiene sehr freundlich. Das weibliche Personal hat über die Gäste gelästert, und man konnte jedes Wort hören. Dies ist für mich ein no go. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, und die Einrichtung zum Teil etwas aälter. Es war aber trotzdem ansprechend und erholsam. Das Essen war lecker. Sehr zum empfehlen ist der Kräuter "Gelenkschmiere""
