"The property is in a great location near the Duomo and leaning tower of Pisa. The terrace has a great view of the buildings and also has a very good restaurant. The rooms and hotel felt tired and since we went to the hotel in the first week of May, the air conditioning was not available. The room was warm even with the window open . The bed and pillows were just ok. Breakfast was very good. Large selection of food choices."

"Great location near the beach, nice and relaxing. We went as a family (4 children) so room were great, we got the two bedroom with two bathrooms, which is more than sufficient - everyone was happy. Loved breakfast and we did eat at the restaurant, food was plentiful. They had spa facilities, gym and an indoor heated pool unfortunately could not use as we didn't book in advance (pro tip to book when you reserve). There is also an outdoor pool and bikes available to go around. If you have a car there is ample parking available as well."

"A well located hotel, just outside the city walls, close to the train station but quiet despite being on a main road.Parking is available. The inclusive spa is a lovely treat, especially if you book this for your arrival day, after travelling in. All staff are customer focussed, helpful, polite and pleasant. Breakfast is very good, plenty to choose from with healthy options and sweet treats. The fish restaurant next door was really nice and had a good choice of meals and wines. Our room (65) was well equipped and a decent size, as was the bathroom but the small shower cubicle was a disappointment given the overall size of the bathroom."
