"Very close to two of the three lifts from the village. Great views of the last slope down to the village from the rooms and the pool/hot tub on the roof (where drinks are served). Excellent service; the staff can’t do enough to help. Food is very good and wine list is extensive. Rooms are large and well appointed. Overall a great hotel in a great location."

"The good - great location, right next to the A2 gondola and across the street from ski rental shops and the local grocery. Away from the main Apres area but we appreciated not being in the center of the loudest part of town (and easy to walk to the other side of town if desired). Staff were helpful upon checking in and service was good throughout the stay. We did half board (dinner included) and dinner was better than expected. Breakfast was excellent. "Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"
