"It is a great place if you are into mountain biking. We were there to see area, walks to local attractions. Unit is big with 2 bedrooms. Queen bed needs replacing…you roll into middle. Nice to have restaurant on premise as this is quite remote."

"We had a lovely, peaceful stay. My husband and I along with our son, his wife and two year old daughter had a wonderful five days in Lucindale. Our grand daughter loved the paddymelons, that were always grazing on the lawns. Surprisingly we were patient enough to see two of the resident platypus in one of the prettiest ponds I have seen. The bedrooms and living areas were very comfortable and the kitchen had all appliances needed to cook a family meal, although there are plenty of restaurants...

"A fantastic place to stay. Real Colonial Tasmania. 1835. Beautifully maintained, very comfortable, step back in time, great location, & delicious continental breakfast. Loved staying there. Highly recommend. True taste of Tasmania’s past. Would definitely stay there again. "
